Rajeev Jhanji is an eminent scholar and teach of Vedic astrology. He has taught astrology for several years to hundreds of students in the Institute of Astrology of the Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, New Delhi. By profession a computer expert, a printer and a publisher, he has a profound understand of the astronomical/mathematical part of astrology of which he is an authority. He is the Associate Editor of the much acclaimed bi-monthly ‘Vedic Astrology’.N K Sharma was an honorary teacher at the Institute of Astrology of the Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, New Delhi. With his scientific background, he had an impressive and lucid style of teaching which made him a highly sought after teacher of astrology among his students. He had a keen interest in experimenting with the varied principles of astrology and testing them on actual horoscopic charts to determine their extent of authenticity and their limitations. Sharma, like Jhanji, was a keen advocate of using multiple dasha schemes to a given horoscope. It was due to their common sharing of interests that these two brilliant practitioners of Vedic astrology decided to co-author this first authentic work on the Yogini dasha.
