We do not collect personal information through our websites or apps, except to the extent that it is required to fulfill an order, provide a service, or enable participation in our online community. When we do collect personal information from you, we do not sell or otherwise distribute that information to any person or organization outside of Astrocollege Pty Ltd except for the specific purposes of fulfilling an order, providing the requested service, or facilitating communication within the community.

Types of Information We or Third Parties May Collect

When you register for a course, purchase an item from our online store, or join our online astrology community, we generally collect your name, email address, physical and/or delivery address, and telephone number. This information is used to process your order and, if necessary, to contact you regarding your order or service.

If you engage in the online community or request astrological services from us (such as a personal chart report), additional information may be collected. This includes birth information (date, time, and place of birth), as well as other personal information you may choose to share, such as details about your life, relationships, and questions. This information is necessary for us to provide you with personalized services and is held in strict professional confidence. It is not shared with anyone outside Astrocollege Pty Ltd who is not directly involved in providing the requested service to you.

Online Community Participation

Astrocollege Pty Ltd provides an online community where members can share information, discuss astrological topics, current events, and personal details about their lives. Participation in this community is voluntary, and any personal information shared in these discussions should be considered public unless you are interacting within a private message or forum. We encourage all users to be cautious when sharing private or sensitive information.

We take steps to moderate the community to ensure respectful interactions, but we cannot control or guarantee the privacy of information shared in public areas of the community. Please refer to our Terms of Use for community guidelines and information about how we handle inappropriate behaviour or privacy breaches.

Payments and Third-Party Services

Payments for our products and services are processed through third-party payment processors and banks. These transactions occur on the respective third-party’s website or app, and Astrocollege Pty Ltd does not have access to your private financial information. Your information is provided directly to the third-party payment processor, and it is subject to their privacy policies.

Our online classes, lectures, and meetings are hosted by third-party services such as Zoom or GoToMeeting or others. When you participate in these services, your personal information is subject to the privacy policies of those third parties.

Audiovisual recordings of certain lectures or workshops may be made available for sale or distribution through platforms like Vimeo. Your information provided to these platforms is governed by their privacy policies.

Information Shared During Online Meetings

Our online events (classes, workshops, meetings) are public forums. Any personal information shared in these settings may be viewed by others in attendance. Astrocollege Pty Ltd cannot guarantee the privacy of personal information disclosed in these environments. Please exercise discretion when sharing information in such public settings.

For more details on how your information is handled during these sessions, please refer to our Audiovisual Release.
