Luke Bayley
CEO – Owner Astrocollege and International Academy of Astrology
Originally a self-taught astrologer from age 16, instead of following traditional educational paths such as University, he chose to study Astrology. Eventually completing formal studies at the Chiron School of Astrology – Sydney Australia in the late 1980’s and completing the Practioners Certificate with the Federation of Australian Astrologers in 1991, becoming a Member of the APA (Australian Professional Astrologers Association).
As a consulting and columnist Astrologer for magazines such as Smash Hits, Star and Looks in Australia from 1988-96, he was a regular speaker at SARS (Sydney Astrological Research Society) in Sydney for many years and spoke at the FAA (Federation of Australian Astrologers) International Conference in Sydney in 1994 on “Harmonics”. He was also a Committee Member for the NSW Branch of the FAA for a short period in the early 90’s.
His principal focus in Astrology has been around the “how” and “why” it works, the evidence, proof and has spent decades doing scientific research into how this knowledge can be used every day to enrich and make for a better life. His focus has analysis has led him to being an authority on using astrology to gamble, with horse racing and other methods of chance and luck.
He shares the contrast of a highly developed psychic and spiritual side, along with strong scientific and mathematical abilities since early childhood, and became an accomplished Tarot Consultant and teacher at the Chiron School of Astrology in the early 1990’s. With over 40 years’ experience in both subjects, he is the driver behind bringing astrology to the people in the coming years through the setting up of the Astrocollege Community, expanding on the amazing works of the IAA’s Founder, Ena Stanley.
Luke is also avid fan of rugby and a keen player up and into his 50’s and worked in communications, video and mobile technologies in the corporate world, while never losing sight of his focus on the development of astrology and in use in the modern world.
